Several popular restaurants are located on the waterfront in French Town and Charlotte Amalie. Restaurants perched in the hills provide spectacular views day or night. Head to Red Hook and watch the ferries and fishing boats come in and out of the harbor while you dine. With a variety of food comes a variety of prices and service. Remember to be kind to your servers. They usually recieves a gratuity of 15% - 18% or more if you felt the provided exceptional service. Larger parties, usually 6 or more, often have gratuity added to the bill. Remember - reservations are ALWAYS appreciated. |

now have a new menu with a raw bar, and local seafood. This is where locals
and visitors meet, and there is always something going on with Live Music,
Karaoke, and nightly beach volleyball games or basketball. Call us for
the schedule of our next "Bands in the Sand" concert, or other special
